Grain #1—A Night At The Bakery
On January 19, 2019 we played a magical show at a then secret venue with the stage placed in a former bakery oven. Though there have been a few preceding concerts that year, this particular one has a very special place in our minds and hearts. We have felt a lot of the developments and circumstances that accompanied our common past condensing to a strong, delightful beam leading into the future. It is very likely that you have found the physical link that led you here somewhere in Bulgaria, where we toured from May 31 to June 2. It is no mere coincidence that we picked this sonic grain to sprinkle between Sofia and Plovdiv since Kiril Zafirov, who's voice is heard (besides his trombone playing throughout the recording) introducing Max after his solo in the end of the tune, opened the portal for this voyage and thus re-affirmed our emotions and anticipations from the bakery concert.
